J'ai récemment fait installer une unité de climatisation dans mon condo par la société Gatd, et mon expérience avec l'équipe a été excellente ! De la demande initiale aux touches finales, c'était un plaisir de travailler avec Antoine et Jeremy.
Avant l'installation, Antoine a pris beaucoup de temps pour expliquer les différentes options et s'assurer que mes exigences étaient respectées. Il était sur place pour fournir l'évaluation initiale et a fait des visites ultérieures (ce que j'ai vraiment apprécié car cela confirmait le soin et la qualité du travail). Antoine a répondu à mes exigences avec aisance et était super flexible avec sa disponibilité étant donné que mon emploi du temps ne me permettait d'être sur place que certains jours. Il était évident que l'équipe travaille d'une manière qui minimise le stress et apporte du confort au client.
Jeremy, qui a installé l'unité, était aimable, amical et professionnel ! Il a pris grand soin lors de l'installation de l'unité, en prêtant attention à l'esthétique (où l'unité allait sur le mur, les tubes, le câblage, etc.) et en vérifiant les détails avec moi tout au long du processus.
Antoine et Jeremy étaient tous deux extrêmement courtois, et la communication était simple et efficace ! C'est un vrai plaisir de traiter avec une excellente équipe qui apporte tant de positivité et de confiance à la relation de travail, surtout dans le domaine des métiers. Je ne peux que les recommander!

I recently had an air conditioning unit installed in my condo by Gatd company, and my experience with the team was excellent! From the initial inquiry to the finishing touches, it was a delight to work with Antoine and Jeremy.
Before the installation, Antoine took a lot of time to explain the different options and to ensure my requirements were met. He was on site to provide the initial assessment and made subsequent visits (which I really appreciated as it confirmed the care and quality of work). Antoine met my requirements with ease and was super flexible with his availability given that my schedule only allowed me to be on site certain days. It was evident that the team works in a manner that minimizes stress and provides comfort to the client.
Jeremy, who installed the unit, was kind, friendly and professional! He took great care as he was installing the unit - paying attention to the aesthetic (where the unit was going on the wall to the tubes, wiring, etc.) and verifying details with me along the process.
Both Antoine and Jeremy were extremely courteous, and the communication was straightforward and efficient! It’s such a joy to deal a great team that bring so much positivity and trust to the working relationship, especially one in trades. I can’t recommend them enough!
